Getting Around in Wichita

Driving

Wichita is a driver-friendly city with limited congestion.  Kellogg Ave. (US-400/US-54) provides convenient access to both the east & west sides of town.  Mid-Continent Airport is located on west Kellogg near a variety of lodging options. Across town the Interstate-35 Interchange hosts more.  Additional lodging is available along routes K-96 & north/south I-135.

Downtown

Visitors staying downtown are served by the Q-Line, a free trolley shuttle service operating during peak evening hours to connect you to restaurants, bars, hotels and performance venues throughout core area.  Visit parkdowntown.org for more information about the Q-Line and an interactive map for downtown attractions.  On your smartphone use this site to view nearby businesses & even track Q-Line trolleys.
