Please note show rule #43.

"No animal, whether a regular entry or brought for drawings, youth contests, display or any other reason shall be removed from the showroom before 7:00 AM on Wednesday, October 31, 2012.  Any exceptions must have written permission for release from the ARBA Convention Grievance Committee.  Heartland Rabbit & Cavy Show, Inc. personnel do not have the authority to grant such requests.  Any requests must be on an official form, addressed to the Convention General Chairman, and filed at the secretary's office.  Any exhibitor found violating the release time will forfeit any and all awards won at the convention.  In addition, such person shall forfeit the right to exhibit at the following year's ARBA Convention and Show per ARBA show rules."

No early releases are allowed.

If you feel this is an error then you must file a grievance at the show in writing and submit it to the grievance committee.

The Grievance Committee will not be formed until the ARBA Board has their meetings. The committee will contain both ARBA Board members and members of the Heartland group. They will meet to make a decision sometime during the convention.
